THE PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS

The participant is obligated to comply with all instructions given by Stenden University (presented by tutors and the ignite your
spark team) before and during the field trip to promote the correct implementation of the Field Trip and associated activities.

The participant is liable for damages caused by failure to act in accordance with these general
conditions.

Participants causing a serious hindrance or troublesome behaviour can be excluded by the organising office. This subsection is applicable for
behaviour anywhere during the
fieldtrip.
THIS BEHAVIOUT INCLUDES:
- Showing of a professional attitude

NO DRUG USE - alcohol may be consumed in a RESPONSIBLE way

Responsible behaviour with the facilities of the bungalow park and
especially the bungalows themselves - bungalows are to be left as they were found
- Being on time ALL
times - if transportation is missed, the participant has to arrange own transport at own expense

Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate return from the Fiel Trip on own expense!
- If the organization becomes aware before or during the fieldtrip that the participant has engaged provable troublesome behaviour in his home country in respect of any educational activities,
the organising office is entitled to cancel the fieldtrip participation of this participant.

All costs arising from subsections 2 and 3, including the additional travel cost shall be borne by the participant
TRAVEL
DOCUMENTS
- The participant is responsible for being in possession of the necessary travel documents such as a visa, residence permit, a passport of sufficient validity for the country to be
visited and appropriate travel insurance.
- If the participant is unable to travel (in full) owing to the absence of any document that will be at the student's expense and risk.
COMPLAINTS
- Deficiencies in the implementation of the fieldtrip must be reported to the organisation team as soon as possible so that a solution can be sought.

Participants with a complaint after returning from the fieldtrip should submit the
complaint in writing to the organization team. The complaint will be settled within 20 working
days.
- Complaints dating back more than 6 months (after the end date of the fieldtrip) will not be accepted.
- If a complaint is not satisfactorily handled towards the participant, he can go to the Single point of contact function' (ELF), elf@stenden.com. ELF takes care of further completion of the
complaint.
