SEPA payment information

Important:

The following procedure only applies to you, if you do not have a Dutch bank account with iDeal-access. If you do hold such an account, please check the heading: Dutch bank account.

Due to the fact that webshop-payment is only possible for participants with Dutch bank accounts, Stenden will deduct the price for the trip from your account using SEPA. The trip’s total costs per student amount to 315.-€, including services such as transportation, accommodation, park tickets, multiple meals, and entertainment. Stenden will automatically withdraw 157,50€ on the 27th of January, and 157,50€ on the 12th of March from your account. Please make sure your account has sufficient funds on those dates. The following steps explain the procedure of the SEPA payment:

Step 1

In order for Stenden to determine who this payment method applies to, please fill out your name, student number and email address in the list that is handed out at the lecture. If you have not received the list, make sure to speak to a member of the organization team as soon as possible.

Step 2

Having submitted your email address, Stenden will send you an email with the SEPA form. This is where it gets tricky. Please fill the forms out digitally, print them in hard copies, sign them and hand them in on the 3rd floor at Stenden. Make sure you do so until Friday the 19th of January 2018. Also make sure every field is filled out, please.

Step 3

Check your account after the above-mentioned dates, and contact either Keren Hewett (Keren.Hewett@student.stenden.com) or Olivier Ansaldi (Olivier.ansaldi@student.stenden.com) in case the money has not been deducted
